Urban Management Assistants of North Texas (UMANT) seeks to advance the quality of local government by providing a community to develop and support emerging leaders.

UMANT exists because of the dedication of its members. The day-to-day business of the organization is handled by the Executive Committee. There are four officers elected annually plus fifteen members who volunteer their time to make this a great organization.
