Join your fellow Urban Management Assistants of North Texas (UMANT) members for an engaging afternoon focused on one of the most critical aspects of public service—ethics.

We are pleased to welcome Matt Muller, City Manager for the Town of Little Elm, who will lead a practical and insightful ethics training designed specifically for emerging and current local government professionals. This session will explore real-world scenarios, ethical decision-making frameworks, and the challenges leaders face in maintaining integrity and public trust.
